Irene got off the plane and hailed the first taxi she could. She sat in the back siège and thought about her plan...and this time...Sherlock would not longer be an exception.

Sherlock woke to the sound of Joseph crying, he crept out of lit and went into his room.
'Hey...' He picked him up. 'What is it?' He took Joseph back into to see Joan, he layed him down on the lit in between them. Joseph raised his hand and almost smacked Joan in the face. Sherlock couldn't help but laugh.
'Hey!.' She looked down and saw Joseph. 'Oh...It was toi was it?' She began to tickle him. 'Was it you?' He began to giggled....

Sherlock woke early and went into Joseph's room. He stood over his cot and watched him sleep. He took one of his hands in his, he was so small. He looked out the window at New York, thinking about the trail ahead of him. He thought he'd be around to see him grow up, it looks far less likely now. He didn't hear Joan come in.
'Hey, it's early.'
'I couldn't sleep.' Joan looked down at Joseph. 'Been thinking about things.'
'Sherlock, toi have nothing to worry about. They jury will see though her lies.'
'We hope.' Sherlock picked him up. 'I'd hate to leave toi two.'

It's been a few months since Sherlock was in hospital and Joan is now six months pregnant with their baby.Sherlock has been sleeping in Irene's old room as he and Joan aren't together.

He woke up, still missing the warmth Joan's body lying suivant to his own. He got up from his lit and sat for a moment, only three plus months till their son would arrive. He couldn't wait to meet him. He went upstairs and found Joan in the kitchen. She looked so beautiful to him, always did.
'Morning.'
'Morning, There thé in the pot if toi want some.'
'Thanks.' He got a cup from the cupboard and sat down suivant to her....

After dinner, Sherlock disappeared upstairs. Joan was helping Irene with the dishes.
'That's was beautiful.'
'Thank you, i learnt it back in London.'
'What's it like? London?,'
'Like here but...British.' Joan giggled.
'So not much difference?.'
'Except the views, I l’amour the scenery here.'
'It's gorgeous, isn't it?.'
'So..When's the big day?.'
'We haven't decide yet.'

'A little but that's to be expected. I'm just hoping the baby doesn't come on the day.'

Sherlock went upstairs to get changed. He had to do something about Irene. Joan came out of the bathroom when he had just finished dressing.
'Where toi off too?.'
'Gregson phoned. He needs me at the station.' He kissed her forehead. 'I won't be long.'
'Take a key with you, i'm booking the scan so i don't know how long i'll be.'
'Alright, i'll see toi later. l’amour you.'
'Love toi too.'
He decided to walk to the station, he needed to clear is mind. He had to decide if he was going to tell Joan what happened ou not, he didn't want to hurt her again. He promised her father that he wouldn't. As he walked...

'Sherlock...' The man grabbed her par her hair to shut her up.
'Don't toi touch her.' The man turned to face him.
'Or what?. How are toi gonna stop me? I'm the one with the gun.' He pointed it at Joan's head. 'One wrong move.'
'You won't use it, on her anyway.'
'How do toi know?.'
'The way your holding it. I noticed over the years that when criminals hold guns, they hold it a certain way when they really mean their going to feu it. The way your holding says toi have no intention of killing her.' The man looked at Joan then threw her to the floor. 'Now, why did toi take her?.'

When they arrived at the police station Detective cloche, bell was waiting for them
'Captain, we have her in interview room 2 but she's refusing to speak to anyone.'
'That's why i brought him.' Sherlock made his way to the room. He went in and sat down in the chair opposite her.
'I never thought i'd see toi in here Irene, toi hardly ever get caught.' She quickly glanced at him then looked back down at the table. 'And your not one for kidnapping either. Where is she?.' She a dit nothing. 'Irene i know toi were there, i could smell your perfume on Joan's pillows. The question is why were toi there?.' She...

Sherlock got woke in the middle of the night par the guards switching on the lights, He had just nodded off.
'Holmes.' He looked round and saw Gregson standing at the bars.
'Captain, what...'
'No time, toi need to come with us.' He opened the cell. Sherlock could tell he was panicking.
'What's wrong?.'
'Somethings happened, we need you.'

Joan woke early. She rolled over and looked at Sherlock. He was still asleep. She placed a gentle Kiss on his cheek. so she wouldn't wake him, and went downstairs. She found her bag and pulled out the envelopes. She didn't know what to do about them. They were addressed to Sherlock so what would Gregson being doing with them? She was torn. She wanted to know what was in them but then that would be betraying Sherlock's trust.
