Which of "wives" is Samantha?

toi see on Monday Night RAW HHH attacked Orton's house.Samantha was sitting on the sofa with him.But on Hall of Fame 2008 he was with another "wife"!Or maybe those are the same people but I don't think so!HELP!!!!!!!
