I need help!!!!!! I need to lose weight soon fast!!

I am 14 years old 5'3 180 lbs and i wanna lose weight fast please help any plans anything i want to lose before i start high school! Please help me! :( I see myself in the mirror and and feel terrible please im asking something from the cœur, coeur please help me.:(

The weird thing is i dont look like i weigh that much i look 50 pounds lighter i just want to lose the weight.

the only thing i can suggest for toi is to start eating healthy no camelote, indésirable nourriture no sodas, work out at least an heure a everyday... maybe get a membership to a gym... i hope this helped

toi know i cant eat twinkies because they are disgusting and i am not on the computer all the time it just makes it hard to lose weight when toi have asthma attacks everyday.:(

Yeah and the only reason i gained weight is because i was laying in a hospital lit for two weeks on a breathing machine it will obviously make me gain weight just lying there.

Make sure toi get plenty of sleep as well. Eat healthy. toi don't have to give up yummy candies and things completely, but yourself to only a few things. Don't diet. They don't work and could make toi sicker. I have asthma too. Mine is exercise in dosed. This makes it harder to run around and have fun,but if toi take small breaks it won't be so tough. If I know that I am going to be moving ou running around a lot I take my inhaler before. Doing this helps to make your breathing easier while toi exercise. Also, stop worrying about your weight, it makes toi weigh more. par being happy and proud of yourself toi lighten your spirit and toi loose a little weight too.
