Idk. I don't rely on motivation. I do things because I have to do them. If I rely on a particular mental state to do things then I know I'll never do anything because a lot of times we don't feel like doing things even tho they are good for us like studying, exercising, finishing a project and stuff. Focusing on the reward toi get after toi accomplish a task is better. I feel like it's plus important to be disciplined than being 'motivated'
Oh except during periods. Nothing can make me do anything during periods.
Tbh just a general sense of duty. If I don't get over it and go to work then I don't get paid. If I don't get paid then I don't get nourriture and won't make progress on trying to déplacer out.
