Is talking behind other persons/individuals' backs basically considered a big no-no overall?

Are toi asking only because of the consequences that might be brought if toi get find out ou you're questioning the morality of those actions as well regardless of the outcome?
I believe it depends. Personally, if I happen to have an issue with people and talk about it with third parties, that means I have no problem saying it to the their faces as well. Otherwise, I won't bring it up at all as I don't see the need. Pretty much, it is all about the intent. What exactly are toi saying behind someone's back? First of all, did toi already attempted to talk to him/her and found it pointless? Are toi worried about a dit person and doing it because toi care? Are toi that afraid to confront him/her whether that fear of yours has basis ou not? Is it because toi want to harm that person par creating unnecessary drama? When it comes to the last one, yes, it is considered a big no-no and shows a pretty negative side to your Character. Besides, if you're too caught up with others you'll never déplacer vers l'avant, vers l’avant yourself !!!!

Its because doing so can easily create false rumors and/or perpetuate an issue to be something much bigger than what it originally was when it could have easily been cut short par talking to the person directly / being honest.

Plus it makes toi super fake and, as toi said, they are likely going to find out sooner ou later.

I've beat people up for that shit. If toi don't have the balls to say it to their face, don't say it at all

I think it depends; if someone a dit something really rude to toi I think toi have the right to go accueil and vent about it to someone else. But when the gossip starts then there's a problem ou if the person did literally nothing to you.

Of course I prefer to either talk if out with the person ou say it to their face. If not I usually just keep it to myself.

As far as it getting back to the person, let me tell toi a thing; this asshole took an article of mine from this site and trash talked it on a website I never even heard of. I found that shit and toi better believe I ripped that person a new one in a response article and then linked them to it.

Case par case thing honestly. Generally speaking if toi do that toi can seem fake but there are sometimes it's valid and/or useful for the situation. But being honest with toi if there's a shithead. I am not going to care if I talk behind them ou in front of them. Hell I'll talk on the side of them just to be funny. Unless I know doing such will have an effect I do not want. I wouldn't care in reference to a shithead. Otherwise if you're talking behind someone's back to be a shithead for no other reason than just being a shithead it is definitely a problem.

it's completely ok if theyre deaf
