Why parents have to lie?

My five an old sister writes letters to santa every Christmas and I did same years ago.

My parents wrote some fake letters which I hate to read....It even make me hate santa through those letters are not written par him.

Now parents asked me not to tell the truth behind the letters to my little sister. It makes me sad when I see her write letters : (

And? So what if it's not technically real? That's like saying I can't enjoy meeting Nick Wilde at Disney World. Yeah, I know Nick isn't real, and it's just a guy in a suit. But that's not the point, the point is the magic behind it. And there's virtually no harm in it. I'd gladly hug the shit out of "Nick" if I ever got the chance to meet him in person.
