If toi would have a dit "person" instead of human, I would have donné a totally different answer. Human is a scientific term that refers to a particular species of animal, whereas person refers to a much plus philosophical concept surrounding consciousness, intelligence, and rights.
That's deeply philosophical question, like I said. Ask yourself, humans clearly stand out from other animaux in their innovative abilities and success relative to our body size, so the question is, what makes humans stand out from other animals? I think that's a good place to start.
