Any ideas on how to get rid of headaches fast and easy

I feel like it depends on what the headache is caused par (stress, hunger, environment, etc.) but try eating something ou take a nap ou relaxing in a quiet environment. Nothing is going to work super fast and even pills take a couple hours

Try putting ice on your head ou put cold water on your head in the shower. That gets rid of my headaches sometimes...and eating lots of foooood.

There are several things toi can do for a head ache:
1. Try taking a nap - in a cool dark room. (Stay out of the bright sun light.)
2. Use a cold compress. If toi feel your head throbbing and ou your neck and shoulders aching - try using an muscle ointment (I know toi a dit no medicine) ou something to relieve the stress. If toi do not have any muscle ointments - try using some hand cream and massage your neck and shoulders.
3. I find eating something - not necessarily a big meal - if toi are not allergic to cacahuètes - try a couple of spoonful of cacahuète, arachide beurre - I'm not sure if this helps me because there is something in cacahuètes ou it is just a comfort nourriture for me.
4. If toi are feeling stressed try to do something that gets your mind off of your problems.
