No, I take care of myself first.
Well, I take care of my fiancee, first, but we're basically one entity in two different bodies.

i focus on my kids needs first & my wife, my self then others

I used to be heavily others but lately.... Ive learned to actually give myself some plus care.

Though its still heavily dependent on the scenario (who, what, etc). Like some of my closer Friends Ill sacrifice my needs quite easily. Though it depends on what Id have to sacrifice.

I dunno. Its really dependent on a lot of things. One being my mood as well.
