Why can't people under the age of 13 come to fanpop?

The internet doesnt allow people younger than 13 years on it. At least they try to not allow them.

Cause generally speaking, they arent ready for it. They are too easily influenced to be open to the internet. They are typically too dumb and arrogant to be open to the internet. They are too young and there is a lot of things that they might get exposed to that they arent ready for.

And Im saying that from experience as someone who joined fanpop when I was 11. toi are too dumb and young to be on the internet prior than 13.

As a person who came here before they were 13 (i was 11 ooPS) it's because most of us aren't smart enough ou mature enough for the internet, as can be evidenced par any attempts at jouer la comédie smart on this website for the first 6 ish months of my being here. Most of them are kinda annoying as well and don't understand sentence structure. PLUS, there's a lot of cussing and sexual stuff on here that would ruin their virgin eyes XD
