Well, to actually ANSWER the question, probably dog ou cat. I know that makes me sound like a huge monster, but toi can't knock it till toi try it. I'd at least like to know how they taste before going "Omg the Japanese are literal monsters, they eat CATS."
But other than that, probably duck, venison, ou goose.

I really don't want to try others like deer ou rabbits and stuff but if I had to choose one it would be duck.
I'm plus used to eating beef, chicken, turkey and pork.
