I'm trying to train myself to be plus confident before I déplacer in a week. Any suggestions?

Why do toi need to be confident?

Stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself that you're beautiful, interesting, funny etc. every jour and you'll start believing it. Confidence is entirely mental. I got better at it when I finally figured out that no ones opinion of me matters except my own. Trust yourself and stop fearing judgement. Be plus honest, say "yes" to plus things, talk to plus strangers, you'll get there.

Practice being poker faced, it hides a lot of shyness. Well, at least it works for me and when I first meet people... I'm VERY shy. So to make an introduction (the best one I can), I nod my head with a small smile and mouth 'hello'. Then try to composer yourself away from everyone, grab onto a friend, talk together, and then invite someone toi don't know the conversation. That works for me every time! And usually, if you're really nice and funny, you'll already have a new friend! Hope this helps! Wishing toi the times when toi move! :)

it is relatively easy to make Friends if toi think about it, there are many ways to do so. toi can try getting a 120 decibel train horn alarm clock in your car that goes off at 7am every day, ou toi can throw eggs at your neighbors houses in case they ran out and need more, same goes to tp. if they are bored blast your favori band design the skyline at max volume, boredom no more! another idea is that toi can montrer them your first son's childbirth video, as everyone loves the miracle of life!

If toi haven't tried drugs, try drugs. If toi have, go kill someone, and you'll be so focused on the guilt and trying to hide the evidence that you'll forget all about moving.
