Video game? Like if he has a favourite game in particular ou favourite character then toi could buy something related to it, that's what I've done.
I dunno, I haven't shopped for a boyfriend but when it comes to my brothers it's either video games ou car stuff. ou a nice chemise ou bodywash/colognes.
ou make him something, that's always best ^^ Just something that is special between the two of you~

Honestly though, guys aren't hard to boutique for, I find girls plus difficult to boutique for :P

I am not sure how anyone is hard to boutique for. Just pay attention to things they like. If toi know them decently well it should be relatively easy. Video games, car stuff, movies, comic books, sport paraphernalia are among the stuff guys tend to enjoy.

Guys aren't any plus difficult than girls. The idea is to not worry about his gender and buy based on his interests. If he's into music, toi might look into getting a CD for some of his favori musicians. If he's into art, get him artistic media.
I used to buy my ex thé because he wanted to try as many different types of thé as humanly possible, so I would go and buy him obscure thé types. I even remember sending a box of American Breakfast thé all the way to Ireland for him to try.
