I really have this idea for an animation but I'm not really sure where to get some training for animation

Youtube. Everything can be taught on Youtube :P

I go to a digital design Uni course and animation is one of the classes, I swear the amount of times the lecturer sends us away to just look at vidéos on Youtube to teach us is crazy, makes me wonder why uni's exist in the first place if everything can be taught on Youtube...

2D ou 3D animation though?
