Help?!! PLEASE !!!!!

ok so my friend has what I think is a obsession over this girl. My friend claims she is not obsessed but I think she is . My friend Alyssa is a lesbian for one so don't get confused on why I put obsession over a girl XD Alyssa talks about her non stop and also has over 230 pictures of her on her Ipad and stalks the girls facebook. Alyssa also told me she would kill for this girl she a dit she would kill even me even though I been her friend for over 10 years . Alyssa is also planning on taking these pill like things to make her plus masculine because the girl she likes is straight . My friend also legit carved the girl she likes name into her skin and cuts because of her. I am so worried about my friend Alyssa I think shes going crazy and also she follows this girl around and talks to her like every jour she a dit she loves her plus then her own mom. I honestly think Alyssa is obsessed and I want to help her to return sane I guess? So what do toi think?

oh my, i can honestly trlate because i have had my own obsessions but hers seems way plus serious, it's laughable when toi think of it as a joke, but to think it's happening to her in real life is not funny at all! i honestly think this problem stems from something deeper, something about her...she wants to take pills to look plus masculine? maybe then she feels like a boy inside, she likes straight girls is another clue, i think that there is another problem in her life, it could be that she is transgender because of the pills thing, ou it could be a number of things which i wouldn't know about, i mean im no expert, but there are many times when obsession is used as an attempt to console someone, maybe this girl is her consolation for something she feels, maybe it is partly l’amour at first site but i believe, because of some of the things which toi mentioned here that it is partially something else, also how does the girl herself feel about your friend? because that affects your friend's situation as well

again, because of the cutting and stuff, i feel like if your friend is not healthy, there is a deeper problem within her, a void that needs to be filled and she is filling it with this girl...i know because personally i have had obsessions with girls myself!
