Can people tell what race toi are?


In my case, not really. My dads mom is Japanese. My dad does look Asian. My cousins from his side have Asian and white features. My sister has narrower eyes than me, and my brother looks VERY Japanese. I think the corners of my eyes look a little sharp,and my skin does look a little sallow when i'm pale, but everyone is always surprised when i mention being part Asian. I guess i look completely white.

Another example is in my Friends case. He is native American, but people always think he's either Asian ou Mexican.

No one really commentaires on what race I look like, I guess it's because I live in an area that 90% of the people living here are of Irish descent so I guess they just think I'm mostly Irish and a mix of something else :P

I don't even know how someone is supposed to tell. There's no common features, is there? Most of the Russians i've met had light eyes, but i don't know.

People I rarely talk to think I'm White (which is true because I was born in America). Both of my parents are Mexican, so I'm also half Mexican. I guess I only look White (I think it's because I'm pale) because when I talk in Spanish, some people look shocked ou surprised.

Not really. I have Irish, German, Finnish, Swedish, English and Native American in me. I'm mostly Irish. But nobody knows what race I look like. I have a 8 an old niece who's half black and people say she looks Asian ou Mexican.

Yes. Most of my family has heavy Norwegian descent, and I have a little less but still have the features strongly. I'm pretty much a stereotype with the dark blond hair, light blue eyes, and face shape just like a Norwegian. I also have German, Irish, English, Welsh, Danish, Native American, and God knows what else in me, but none of it ever surprises anyone. I have little features of each.
