How would toi graph this on a numberline: 3/4 + z less than ou equal to -3/4?

Well,subtract 3/4 from each side to get z par itself. Then, since it is less than ou equal to, the dot is filled in, and start at -1.5(I believe.*doesn't have calculator*), going left on the number line.
