I need help.......

I was on the Taylor rapide, swift fanclub here recently & participated in a contest there. But some other fans didn't only post 1 pic they posté 2,3,4 even plus pictures in liens & I want to know how I can add liens like they did. If toi can help me out I'd really appriciate it. Thanks:)
