A million things. They're all whizzing around at an alarming rate, and I'm afraid that one jour they will fill up my skull and explode out my eyes, ears, and nose, creating a huge mess in which some poor fellow would have to mop up off the floor, sweeping all of my thoughts and memories into a trash can, while I lay there on the ground, cheek pressed against the cool tile, arms and legs splayed, head and hair covered in brain matter.
