HELP ME!!!

Well, for me the best way to keep secrets and not get stressed par them is to forget about them. Like forget that your Friends ever told them to you.

Or, if that doesn't work for you, toi should be honest and tell your Friends (in a nice way) "look. I appreciate that toi trust me enough to confide in me and tell me all your secrets, but it is just stressing me out and overwhelming me. Is there any way toi could possibly talk to somebody else about this?" If toi do it in a respectful way then they will hopefully understand where you're coming from :)

ok well sometimes toi have too tell them that toi needs some l’espace for a jour ou two but dont yell at then when toi say i just need some l’espace and in 2 ou 3 ou even 4 days start helping again.

i have made a spot for stuff like this called ask devie if toi every need time toi could alway just posty your Friends problems and i can give toi advise too tell them, will toi join?if toi need a link just tell me in a commentaire and i will send toi one.
