HELP NEEDED,PLEASE
I was extremly skinny so i gained about 22 pounds but im still skinny. Most of the weight went straigh into my gluteus,which now has some broken capillaries (yaaay :// ) .. What exercise can help them go away,should i use a cream? How can i make my butt harded and better forming looking? I also want my skinny legs to be thicker and plus musculine and my boobs to be bigger,is there some miracle exercise for all ou just most of this?
