Just make it clear you're not interested. toi should be flattered, even if toi do hate his guts. Guys in sixth grade have raging hormones and don't know how to handle crushes. But please be nice. I really don't see the need to be mean. Having someone be attracted to toi is a complement. And who knows. People change drastically par the time they get to high school. Being nice is the best route in case this person changes her mind.
