Crying is a big help, so is moderate exercise. If you've been feeling this bad for two weeks (which is the time frame donné for diagnosing clinical depression), then toi might need to seek medical help. If it's a matter of having had a couple of low days, then sometimes toi just have to wait it out. The others here have donné great advice: try to connect with friends, even if toi don't feel like it, listen to musique toi love, ou focus on the things that make toi happy. It will pass.
Listen to your fav song eat ur fav snack and try and relax a little and think of all the good times you've had in life, it should take ur mind off the events you've been through and hopefully make u feel a little happier too. :) I hope I helped
I really don't know of any cure to depression. I think different things work for different people. For me, I listened to my favori songs, took long walks to clear my head, wrote in a journal, etc. Somewhere along the line, I started to feel better. toi should just try to find things that make toi feel a little better. Take it one step at a time. And if things don't get better, toi should talk to someone. If toi don't think toi can talk to your family/friends, talk to a therapist. It helps.
And whatever toi do, don't use nourriture ou alcohol as a way to cope with your depression. Take it from someone who's been there, it doesn't help at all. It just makes things worse.
It's ok to cry when toi need to. If toi have other Friends who knew your friend, spend time with them. Talk and remember the good times. Give yourself time to heal. It may take a bit of time, but it does get better. I'm sure your friend would want toi to be happy. Whenever toi need to talk, find a friend ou family member. If nothing else, I'm sure there are others besides myself on fp who be willing to listen. Take care of yourself.
