I want to know how to add a "message from webpage" on my website.
(not a pop up WINDOW a MESSAGE.)
It would have to be one where all they could say was "okay"

Why are toi getting all mad? I didn't mean it in the way toi thought I did. toi can't exactly hear the tone of my voice. I was simply expressing that if toi don't know the answer to the question toi are being the opposate of helpful and toi shouldn't do it. Btw why bring my popularity into this? Is being populaire your main goal in life? I don't really want to be popular, and it's not like I'm some roaring evil chienne that is mean and unreasonable to everyone and everything which is why no one likes me >.>

^YOU always complain about popularity. I AM indifferent to popularity. One it's a free country people can actually answer questions if they want. HOW many times have toi been helpful to someone on a question. NOT much. About that that last bit. toi alot of times act like an unpleasant person on quite a few answers. DID I answer all of your questions?

I can also express how I don't like their answer. Most questions out there are questions that aren't asking for serious réponses and even if I'm a little bit annoyed par a question,everyone else is too and say basically the same answer as me.
