I know. They say something about fall asleep but keep ur mind awake. I try doing that but I fall asleep without knowing it. :(

Its basically a half concious half sleeping experience where toi get to control your dream. Ever jour dreamed before? this is like that...on CRACK. The technique to it seemed to difficult and time consuming, but if it means that much to you, have a look at it.
