Do toi guys know any ways to cure depression/help someone sleep better?

I think i may be depressed, i have most of the symptoms... and i cant sleep at all, im not really hungry at all either. I'll go to lit at 10pm but i wont fall asleep til 5am. I normally eat small lunches, and skip breakfast... than barely eat any dîner =\

Do toi guys know any cures for depression ou ways to help fall asleep easier?

With depression, toi need to talk to someone. toi can take pills for depression, but toi will need a prescription, which might be a waste of time if it doesn't help.


For sleeping, I don't really know anything to help toi sleep. However, that's why the internet was created, so use it to your advantage to find a way for toi to sleep.

^Well, that's for your case. Not everyone is the same. For some, it may work, but for others, it might not work.

and toi could talk to someone about it. toi should rejoindre new clubs where you'd meet new people with similar interests and make new friends, that';s what I did and it did begin to help a little. I understand it's difficult and that some people mistake depression for sadness, so I get where you're coming from.

If toi need to talk to me, I'm good at listening & conselling and I used to mentor the younger kids at high school :) xx

Okay... about the eating, although toi don't like eating much, toi probably should because the less toi eat during the day, the less your body will want to consume. Sleep is usually the same... if toi don;t have a specific sleep schedule set...then it's harder to fall asleep at scheduled times etc.

I don't eat breakfast either, but that's just because I am the opposite of a morning person and i'm definitely no morning eater. As for the depression....figure out what is depressing toi (if toi don't already know...) and then talk with someone about it who will listen and understand. (that should help :) )
