Can someone tell me what a super basse, bass is?

I'm not entirely sure to be honest, but I always thought it basically meant like toi know when you're at a party & the basse, bass is so strong it vibrates & could knock a glass ou drink over ou something like that, and toi can feel it pulsating in your heart. I always thought it just meant like a super powerful awesome basse, bass that totally blows toi away, but she;s referring to cœur, coeur cœur, coeur being like that when she's with the person she's directing the song at, ou something like that ^^ MDR
