How can I get people to notice me more?

Go around dancing like a drunk guy and screaming the lyrics to "What is Love" par Haddaway in everyone's ears. Guaranteed to work, although it might not produce the results toi wanted.

What's the point of attracting the momentary attention of passing stranger? toi don't need other people to justify your existence. If no one is looking at you, toi won't disappear. Your not some kind of vampire that needs acknowledgement to survive.

Run around the local playground naked. You'll get noticed pretty quick.

You'd be surprised how many people notice toi already--this I know from experience.

However, if toi do want plus attention, and toi don't want to do anything too drastic, wear something that's unusual for you, ou style your hair a little differently. That will get others asking what's going on.

Stay true to yourself, and do things that toi wouldn't normally do. Step outside the triangle a little bit and be wacky! Be cookie monster and eat everything! Don't be a wallflower!
