Eh that would be cool. But then we'll have plus people hommage whoring just like the medal whores,etc. It's somewhat of a double-edged sword. It can be good but it can also be bad.

No, fanpop doesn't need plus hommage whores. And anyway, no one actually uses hommages for their intended purpose anymore so it would just be like a popularity contest even without hommage whores. Plus, anything we could win would probably be shit anyway.

there wouldn't be much point in that & we'd only have people begging for hommages & asking Friends to give them hommages & people making other accounts to hommage themselves so they can get stuff.

This idea is both good and bad. What would we be able to "buy"? And some people are so lame they'd make another account, to give their main account props. I'm not sure it's a good idea, for that reason.
