There aren't any particular rules. Of course everyone is kind of expected to follow the universial guidelines of internet etiquette. And sometimes users step way over those lines and someone reports them. And sometimes there's just users who are a little reporting happy. I haven't been on in a while so I'm not sure which it is in whatever case you're talking about. I hope that answered your question though. :)

Rules of random:
1. Do what ever toi want, but use common sense.
2. No trolling.
3. No offensive material.
4. NO TROLLING.
5. Refer to rules 2 and 4 many times, ou please leave through the revolving doors provided.
