What would happen if a vampire made a pregnant woman into a vampire ?

I assume the baby would die, unless the infection gets into the plascenta. In that case, the baby would either be trapped forever, ou it would find some way out. If it's La Reine des Neiges in time, it's probably best for it to be trapped forever.
