What Can People With Braces Eat.?? ... Give Me A liste Please

Honestly, it doesn't matter. I have braces and I eat everything. The only thing I'd tell toi to stay away from is really thick taffy/caramel (and not Snickers bars caramel, like legit caramel).

Food.

Any soft foods will do, just stay away from foods like hard caramels, taffy, soda, some hard chips, bones, avoid chewing on pencils, anything that's hard, chewy, sticky, ou can get into your wires is a big no no.

Milk.

And some cereal.

Anything that isn't too hard ou sticky. And you're supposed to avoid sugars, too, I think.

Really tough foods, and gum no but otherwise it's not a big deal.

I had braces.

The only thing I couldn't eat was caramel.

to be mostt honezt i have braces..an i eatt everyythin execpt meatt ....lol and if yuh happen to eat meatt just b extra carefull and eat slow..haha..bezt advide:)

toi can eat almost everything. it's easier to put up a liste of things that are not advisable to eat with braces. When i had my braces years ago, my orthodontist told me to stay away from -

chewing gum
bubble gum
hard candy
Candy with caramel centres
anything chewy such as dolly mixtures, millions and chew-ums, etc.

For braces?
Do NOT eat popcorn. I have learned from experience.
caramel toi might wanna stay away from too.

For those cemented retainer things? God, those bother me.
Don't eat sticky stuff. AT ALL. I just got mine put back in after it came out completely.
