Am I getting better at drawing?

I've just finished this drawing. What do toi think about it?

School is over in where I live, and I don't find anyone who can tell me the honest opinion and correct me too unless in school, so I add this on Fanpop. I see some Fanpoppers are good at drawing, and they give me some good advices, so that's why I keep posting them here.
I don't need only the conseil from people who can draw, please tell me your honest opinion.
And if toi don't like it, tell me why..?

I see toi have a good imagination in order to draw something like this. It is okay, but not amazing. Sorry, I have to be honest. toi really do a good job, all toi need to do is to train and practice plus and more, toi would get better. :) Thank you. ^

WEll no one can draw like that, my mom says it's amazing and talent, I don't need training cause I have talent to draw ^_^ but at least you're being nice

Of course I'm not. I know toi say this to help me, and I appreciate. Thank toi so much. I will work on this. About they eyes, I think it's 'cause my stupid webcam and it's scanner. The eyes look clear in the original one. so yeah.. :P
