What's your opinion on yaoi and/or yuri?

I'm not a homophobe, so I'm okay with it. =) I feel the same way about yaoi and yuri pairings as I do about straight couples: some are awesome, but others irritate me to no end. It just depends on the personalities of those involved.

Yuri is pretty cool, but yaoi cannot be described in its amazement. :D

It's repulsive. *averts eyes in disgust*

I like all pairings, but I am pretty much annoyed par FoeYay and PedoYay.

Yaoi: WHOO-HO HO! l’amour it lots! But with that, it annoys me that the men in the yaoi cry like little bébés (Descendents of Darkness, anyone?) and the men's beauty/looks are sooo overplayed (still D.o.D) And there never seems to be a yaoi male that looks like an actual man- muscles, square, chiseled jaw, etc. Someone like my obsession, Rishid Ishtar. Yuri: Eh, it's cool. Not my thing, but hey, if a yuri story is good, I'll read it still. And since we're on the subject of gay, am I the only one who gets the annoyance of being called gay just because they believe in equal rights for gays?

I don't read yuri. But yaoi is my guilty pleasure especially when it concerned Sakuragi/Rukawa from Slam Dunk and Tibarn/Reyson from FE9/10.

Typically, I am not really a fan of either. But.... for some reason I'm becoming plus prone to slash(not in animé though). It's not making me happy (but at the same time it is).

I'm neutral about those,so I don't care either way.

I like yaoi better. idk why. Yuri's okay but i think yaoi's just sexier I guess. But either one is fine as long as it's well-written. That's the main criteria.

I'm fine with yaoi and yuri. My opinion on them are different though. I like yaoi for their hot and sexiness. But when it comes to yuri, I think yuri is cute, and because I l’amour cute things plus than hot and sexy I tend to like yuri plus than yaoi.

I l’amour both actually. But I do like yaoi just a little bit more.
Note that if toi find these 2 things hot in animé yet get disgusted seeing it in real life makes toi a homophobe. Same goes for the reverse. But as long as toi don't rub it in people's faces that toi don't like it then I guess it could be okay.

Ive never shipped a lesbian couple before now becuase I dont like lesbiennes but because I just have never seen I couple I liked. Ive shipped two guys together though, sadly they never end up together except one.
