It depends on your teacher. I got mine after I had been dancing for a year, and I was about twelve, but I didn't have any experience before like toi have. I think it would be best to just ask your dance instructor, ou someone in the class.

I got mine in 6 months, not because i was any good ou my teacher a dit i should, but because it was compulsory for us to get them. In average it can take up to either 1-5 years depending on grade, dance and teacher. Most teachers won't allow pupils to have them until they feel assured they can en pointe without straining themselves too much.
Like above said, it may be wise to ask your teacher on how long she expects it would be before toi fully qualify. However please bare in mind it all depends on what grade and what school.
I'm in Britain, the rules may be different to where toi may live.

I'm sorry i also forgot to mention about the 'bad feet/good feet' quota. A good foot is a high arch and in step with moderately sized toes, a bad foot is a flat arch and toes of different sizes. There are pointy shoes that allow 'bad feet' to go en pointe without injury, but whatever feet toi have, modificatuions to your shoes may be needed

I've been taking jazz for almost 7 years and took ballet for 3 of those. I am now starting ballet again and have been told I will start pointe in a year. I'm good at technical stuff and have a good arch. So, it will depend but I'd say about 2-3 years.
