computer help?

i'm not a computer expert so that's why i'm asking for help if anyone knows how to stop those annoying pauses whenever I play a Youtube video. It's a little delayed.

Then I'm not sure toi did it right ou toi may need to use a different browser. Do toi use Firefox? That's the best to use.

Right click on your taks bar and click task manager
OR
press control+atl+delete

click on the "processes" tab

right click on everything toi recognize and don't need, and click end taks. click Okay ou continue, ou whatever it asks toi to do.

Only do that for the programs toi recognize. Try to have only one window and one tab open
