cut down on carbs, salty foods, sugary foods, keep a nourriture journal {just write down what toi eat, how many calories, u can buy these at bookstores} and keep things in proportion, and dont skip mealss!!! hope this helps
i dont know about dieting but if toi are looking to loose weight than i would suggest taking up a sport like kendo jiu-jitsu ou boxing that toi can do anytime and pretty much anywhere, what i like to do (not to lose weight because i dont feel i need to) is i made a wooden sword out of a branch in a arbre ou toi can go online and order a shinai ou bokken (the price can range from 15 dollars to 4 dallars depending on what toi get and where) online and pick up the book of five rings on amazone, amazon for about 8 dollors ou get into a real kendo dojo (the price depends on the dojo) and toi have a fun way to lose weight and learn how to defend yourself. 2 birds with one stone right
