Pretty Little Liars - Season 7 - Vanessa Ray Returning for Series Finale

Charlotte DiLaurentis might be dead, but that won’t stop her from telling her story. This is Pretty Little Liars, after all.

Vanessa Ray, otherwise known as CeCe Drake (who’s otherwise known as Charlotte) tells EW that fans can expect some Charlotte flashbacks in the series’ final season. “There’s a lot of unanswered questions about CeCe, so I think you’re definitely going to get some answers,” Ray says.

Specifically, Ray confirmed that fans can expect to see Charlotte in the finale. “I was back for the last episode and had a really heartbreaking time,” she says. “It was such a special experience for me to get to have [Pretty Little Liars] as a bit of a home base, so I’m definitely going to miss the show and miss the cast and crew so much.”

As for Charlotte’s death, Ray says, “We don’t know how she died and that’s been a big topic of discussion for all of season 7, so I think you’ll get an answer to that.” Let the theories begin!
