Will Phineas and Isabella be boyfriend and girlfriend?

Phineas and Isabella Kiss in Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension, but they forget about it because of the amnesia-inator. But will they become boyfriend and girlfriend in later episodes?
