That would have proved that he truly loved her, instead of Peyton, in which case there wouldn't even be the issue of Lucas "hiding his heart".

However, that's not the case, and anytime they get together people are always going to accuse him of hiding his heart...

if brucas had gotten together here it would tie in well with the rest of the story in my opinion ...
all though then we still would have had the tragic brand of LP romance of s5 .... so if it was brooke luke wanted to be with when his dreams then that would erase LP s5 (&s6) ....
if he saved her from the school shooting it wouldn't be do anything besides be romantic since they were already together at this point.
and even though if brucas had the dare kiss it would mean we basically had brucas since s1 i wouldn't pick that ... the whole point of both LP and BL is waiting for them to be together. if we want true love from the beginning, that's what naley's for!

I think 409 & 417 would have been great for brucas. It would have proved that despite the crap luke pulled in s3, he truly did love still love her and wanted to have another go round. but we'd have to erase 408 obviously - otherwise 409 would contradict it, lol. 601 would be very unrealistic to me since everything that happened in s5 showed that LP CLEARLY had unfinished business though. So most of s5 would have to be erased too, lol (all the s5 LP awkward/love scenes would have to be replaced with BL awkward/love scenes!). That's the only way I'd see it fit to do BL justice (how it would make sense)! Poop. Now I sound like BL fan, lol! Maybe there's something in the water :P
