I dont understand something Wikipedia a dit about a musical that will be touring? Can toi help

I am seeing " The Little Mermaid" on tour and someone edited it to say that it will have a whole new set design-but there is no information to back it up? Plus that makes no sense. How are they going to build a whole new set design for a tour, I have seen pics of Disney tours the sets are the same. I dont get it. Costumes and sets are the same the only different thing is the cast isnt it?
