please help me i have a serious problem

hi im sorry that its not about mj but i couldnt question this at the aléatoire spot cause they are mean, okay this is my problem, about 6 years i lived in a house where i had really really bad experiences that i can not tell cause its to personal,now after 6 years i get all the memories back and they dont want to leave im shaking and im scared ,idk what to do i did not tell my parents cause they gonna freak out also im very scared and i hope it will be gone soon i dont want to go trough that again i want my old life back .....im just crying .......

Calm down...it will be ok. toi shouldnt be afraid to tell your parents whats going on. toi shouldnt hold it in, if it is really serious it could hurt your emotional health. if it is really bothering you, toi need to just let it out. Dont let what happened to toi 6 years il y a keep toi from living your life. Past is past...talk about it to your parents get it off your chest and déplacer on....

If toi can talk to someone that toi REALLY trust that may help. I know toi say that this experience is too personal to talk about. But it will help to talk to SOMEONE. If toi want TOTAL confidence maybe talk with a pastor/priest,or a teacher (depending on your age). Also maybe talking with a counselor can help. A counselor ABSOLUTELY has to be confidential with your situation. Also a counselor can offer ideas on how to cope with this problem. Good luck and take care!!!
