At what level does Riolu evolve into Lucario?

Evolve in Pokemon Diamond, for a tip.

Any level, Riolu evolves at high friendship. Have the l’amour checker Poke app? On it check how much Riolu's l’amour is, two little hearts is a sign of evolve at suivant level up!

Riolu just hatched and when i leveled it and his cœur, coeur happiness is low, but he can evolve!!!

There is no "level" that Riolu can evolve from. It evolves when it achieves a certain happiness level at a certain time of day.
