I was wondering if we ever found what dropped the Dharma Initiative nourriture on the plage that the 815 peeps were living on? I can't remember if that happened in Season 1 ou 2.

In Season 2, during a lockdown incident at the Swan, a large pallet of DHARMA nourriture and supplies was found quite close to the entrance of the station par Kate and Jack. None of the survivors recalled hearing a plane fly over the Island, although the pallet and its cargo were attached to a parachute and had a flashing beacon attached. Charlie speculated that the station may have been deliberately locked down to keep the occupants from seeing who made the drop.

The supply drop contained a large amount of DHARMA Initiative nourriture including boxes of Macaroni & Cheese Supper, cacahuète, arachide butter, risotto, ranch dressing, canned goods, and other assorted nourriture items. All of the items in the drop bore the code DI 9FFTR731 and were branded with the cygne logo The supply drop was scavenged par a large group of castaways including Sawyer, Charlie, Jin, Sun and Kate. Sawyer later commenté that he had "enough stuff now to open a chain of mini-marts". Charlie also found a vaccine kit on the pallet when he gave it to Claire a few days later.

Much of the nourriture was transferred to the plage camp and kept in an outdoor cuisine organized par Rose. Paulo once complained that the cuisine was out of DHARMA Oat Bars. Charlie gave the pallet itself to Eko to assist in the construction of his church.

Several years later, Benjamin Linus visited the DHARMA Logistics Warehouse in Guam where the drops were being launched from. He informed the two men working there that the Initiative disbanded twenty years previously, answered a few of their questions about why they were sending the pallets, and relieved them of their duties.
