Rin and Len aren't twins, "Kagami" means mirror sound/image the person who created vocaloid just added "ne" to "Kagami" and thats what they are; mirror images of each other except one is a male and one is a female Rin and Len Kagamine's name says what they are as i just said, "Mirror Image" at least thats what i was told in school on the internet, in livres ect..;

Well, people keep saying its wrong they are together and say stuff like

NO people, they dont have to be! Kagamine Rin was made first and Len as her mirror version (Or whatever its called -_-)
So them being together isnt wrong at all!
