I made this question because in my opinion, Bella does NOT deserve Jacob. I think she's too selfish and she really doesn't know who she wants. But I think her daughter is so adorable and sweet. She has a HUGE heart to love Jacob with and no other guy (or girl) will ever come between them. I think this is a really good way of having Jacob imprint and be happy :)

Oh! That question was so ON and my answer was so YES. Not just because I like Renesmee (and I really, really, really, really do) but also because that's what Stephenie Meyer wants. I mean, when I watch her interviews and stuff I can SEE how much she loves every character that she created and reading about Renesmee and her ineraction with Jacob I couldn't be happier about them.

I totally agree with you, dragonlayer! I especially like (Go to Wikipedia and search 'the Host' to get this) when she talks about the conversations she and the charactes have! Ok this is from Wikipedia: 'Ian wasn't supposed to be a major character. Stephenie only developed him because 'Jared got on her last nerve.' and 'Ian refused to be ignored.' Or somthing like that. ^^ I love when she talks like that!! It makes everything SO believable. I try to do that in my writing, too, but I don't succeed. =P

in my humble opinion stephenie should make a book with jacob and nessie's love story that way people will see how wonderful they are together, that they deserve each other, and mostly jake for all the pain he had to go trough... hopefully nessie makes him really happy and loves him... *tears* as much as i do... i heart jacob!!

For me,yes. he really deserve Renesmee. Because,he's so lonely after Bella get pregnant. Then he saw Renesmee then he's like he fall in love again and he imprinted on her so that no one could get her from him.So,totally yes.xD

I stood a while before answering the question,the thing is...bella couldnt be with jacob because some day jacob would have iprinted on someone....and now that jacob imprinted on nessie he can't imprint on anyone else.
and as jacob sayed in one of the books:
they imprint with someone that is the best for them or something like that so,nessie deserves jacob and jacob deserves nessie =D

Honestly people who said no, what did Renesmee ever do? Even of you don't like Edward and/or Bella, Renesmee is there daughter not them and she is just a baby or child depending on what time frame you are looking at. She didn't get to pick her parents! (Well even if she could pick I think she would have picked Edward still, because he is AWSOME! I don't necassarily like how jacob was through out all of the series except for I thought I liked him a little bit twards the end, (after Bella was already with Edward ;))
But I think he and Ness are perfect for eachother in a wierd way, and they deserve eachother! But still TEAM EDWARD!!!!!!! :)

Not really a fan of these "does character A deserve character B?" questions. The only circumstances in which I'd think that a character didn't deserve their partner is if they were abusive or repeatedly cheating, that sort of thing, which obviously doesn't apply here.
