rule 1: every leader has two captains if the leader does not have any offspring to be the next leader after he/she retires or dies they choose which one is suitable for a leader

rule 2: always work as a team. do not kill each other only if nessary

rule 3: if any of the members have smeets they are trainees and shall teach them how to be a killer or cannibal.

rule 4: the leader chooses if the trainee should be cannibal or killer

rule 5: a smeet cannot be a trainee unless it reaches 8 years old

rule 6: the new leader will choose its captains sunset
