I didn't understand the meaning of those words!! Please explain!

It basically says that House is in more and more pain and will probably slip baack to vidodin, and Cuddy is having thoughts over if she will be happy with Lucas.

It sounds feasible and EW is at least a somewhat reputable source. The pain part definitely is possible, based on what we saw in "Lockdown". House was already complaining that the pain was getting worse, although he did qualify it by saying that he was taking ibuprofen and it was upstairs.

The Cuddy part is less clear. I would love to just accept what has been said whole-heartedly and be happy but I've learned to protect myself as a Huddy. It's certainly believable that Cuddy is having second thoughts (just as we all predicted), but to what end? Will she break up with him? Will she seek comfort in House? Will she resign herself to the fact that Lucas is good for the kid and thus she needs to just suck it up and deal with it? I dunno.

Truth of these spoilers notwithstanding, I would like to see them re-address this situation. In 6x07, they introduced "Huddy vs. Luddy" and let them go at it head-on. They continued this for 3 or 4 episodes. Lately, however, they haven't addressed the Luddy/Huddy storyline hardly at all. If nothing else, I'd like a little bit more concrete closure before the end of S6...
