The reason why this club is now a club is because of me BestNCISFan3421. At first this club started out as a dream and then it turned into a reality. I had thought about making this club while watching NCIS Enquêtes spéciales and then my friend walked in and saw how cute the guys are on NCIS Enquêtes spéciales so I made this club.
