...I still am excited for the new season. I think it is a beautiful style of artwork that they have used. ;u; But I respect your opinion.il y a plus d’un an
I say, just watch and actually see how much they have screwed it up. They can really kill something, just par changing something a little. And they have really suck Hetalia's ship. toi can't use that type of style for an anime, period. For a manga, fine. But NOT for a freakin anime. It looks way to flat, way to series, way to manga, and way to fanart.il y a plus d’un an
I know this isn't necessarily Hetalia related... But I'd just like to point out what's happening in Canada. ON Dec 4, Canada had 5 million protected lakes and rivers. On Dec. 5 it had 82. This greatly effects First Nations, our treaties, and even the rest of the world. Please look it up. I can tell toi more, if you'd like... Idle no more!

The whole fandom is mourning her. Please keep her and her family in your hearts and prayers. I had the honor of speaking to her a few times and I really enjoyed her artwork. I will miss toi Jessie, toi will be in my heart.
We will miss toi Jessie, your 2p!France and artwork inspired all of us. R.I.P our fellow Hetalian.

I was thinking. I think out of respect we should call Arthur, Britian ou Uk. Since he is not only England, but all of the Uk.
posté il y a plus d’un an
It’s not that weird to call him England. It was hinted on a strip that Arthur really is England. Scotland is a different person as it was mentioned on a strip that he is England’s brother: link But apparently, nowadays it is England who represents the whole UK presiding over his brothers hence he is also called Britain ou UK.il y a plus d’un an

toi know, I've always been curious...how would wars be portrayed in different countries? For example, American textbooks always portray Britain as harsh and cruel in the American Revolution, but what does it look like in a British textbook? What does the Opium War look like in a British textbook? What does it look like in a Chinese one? And what about the Cold War? The World Wars? It would be interesting to see textbooks from different countries and compare them to one another.
posté il y a plus d’un an
^ Well, yes, wars are gloomy. But I was just curious to see how they're portrayed in different countries, because wars are an important part of history, and they're most likely going to be in most textbooks. I'm not a big fan of war, though.il y a plus d’un an
That's what I'd been wondering too while lire our own history. But toi know, some scholars here admit that afterall the *think of a eupehemistic description* bad things that the Spaniards did, they're actually plus humane compared to other the Imperialists. But when UK occupied our capital for a short period, the Filipinos at that time thought it would have been better if they take over us instead of being handed over again to the Spaniards.il y a plus d’un an
And if the Imperialists are supposed to be described as mean, we ll, in Philippine history textbooks US is hailed as hero (not in the beginning of American colonial era though but in the WWII era)... There's the oft mentioned quote par Gen. MacArthur: "I shall return"... *a promise to come back and help Philippines* ... Ay, americans always does it "the hero" way....il y a plus d’un an
